One star is still too much. Thanks to the unprofessional behavior of this studio, I now have nothing but unnecessary hassles and extra costs with USC! Takes refuge in excuses that my contract is with USC and they can't do anything. They are responsible for false reports. Here, USC members are obviously 2nd class customers
Answer:
This claim is not true! This is simply an attempt to dismiss the blame. The problem is that you are dissatisfied with USC's payment and are trying to exploit the customer. Shame on you! The only thing you will achieve is that I will avoid your studio. And of course I don't allow myself to be forced to book lessons directly with you!
But I absolutely agree on one point: just get an impression of the professionalism of this studio for yourself. And this is best done by choosing a course that is not held by one of the owners and then preferably in the first/second row in front. In this case, however, I would then also exercise a lot of patience and forbearance. How many subscribers will then tolerate this at the "regular rate"?
Why do you actually conclude a contract with a company whose framework conditions you are not satisfied with? But you're happy to take the money from it, aren't you?
