Mindful Life Berlin

My favourite place to just enjoy life with friends, thanks to the great and relaxed atmosphere, super friendly and attentive staff that make me feel totally welcome. And of course the very, very tasty food and cake. Best apple crumble in town just saying. The attention to detail is everywhere.

I took two hours of personal yoga as a beginner here. It was a wonderful experience and most probably will be a great start into the field of yoga. Even if you're not into yoga, this place will make your heart and soul smile. Not even mentioning the great tasting food. YOU HAVE TO GO THERE

The first time I sat down alone at a table in a cafe and read. Amazing amount of positive energy, delicious drinks and food. Coming soon will be attending yoga classes. The course room is small and cozy, which certainly leads to a family flair. All except for the staff... You are greeted with a smile and poise. Can I put everyone's heart need time for themselves.

Super nice atmosphere, the offer is so versatile and delicious that you can't even decide. Attention to detail is great in this. Homemade granola with cashew yogurt was knee banging. Mmmhhhh... I guess I have to come a lot now to try all the goodies. First balance your body and mind with yoga and then indulge your soul with all the healthy delicacies! Very nice place to be!

What beautiful and cute cafe in a middle of Berlin. The staff are more than friendly and the atmosphere brings you down. The coffee is delicious. Particularly the Cappuccino with coconut flavor. Today I get my first Yoga lesson. It was amazing. The trainer is looking after you during the yoga exercise and I felt very comfortable. Thanks for that. I'll come back next week.

Super nice cafe with great décor, as well as delicious drinks and healthy snacks - and a beautiful yoga room on top of that. Such a store was really missing in the neighborhood. Where can you combine your lunch with a small unit of yoga for relaxation?

A truly beautiful and soulful place in Berlin. Been to several recently but this one has come to be my favourite. You feel ready for practice the moment you enter it, somehow!) Helpful and friendly instructors, willing to provide guidance in both German and English, I was very pleased to find it out. Besides, they are one of the few studios that offer classes from 11 to 17, super cool 😊😚

We were in Berlin for a three days week end and this lovely cafè gave us a good start every morning. We enjoyed the ambience, very easy and quiet inside suitable for working or studying and also the setting outside on the sunny corner of a neighborhood street. Muesli bowls and smoothies our favs. I also tried a very tasty vegan brownie. Special thanks to the friendly owners/employees for making us feel at home and comfy. Love

If you are looking for a relaxing but energizing yoga session or a hardcore boxing class, Mindful Life Berlin got you covered. While I would love to see more space to sit an relax before or after a class (maybe a small cafe) this place is perfect for some me time. Love the aesthetic, the classes, and the staff!

Love the atmosphere in this yoga studio. It has such a calming effect on you as soon as you step in. Teachers are top and asanas are thoroughly explained, sometimes also the philosophy behind yoga. It is also really spacious, and I love the plants on the ceiling and the way it is decorated, it really helps you get in the right mood :)
