Unfriendly, false information is given by email - primarily a group of pensioners and a frustrated - not a bit relaxed yoga trainer.
Of course, in the statement about my justified shortcomings on the part of the yoga studio, I would like to add that the cramped premises - course room and changing rooms in one room - also put me off. I didn't assume that when I first and only appeared. This is how this unfortunate situation of disrupting a course came about. Especially since several e-mails were exchanged in advance and not a single (careful) word was said about the cramped premises, e.g. please do not come earlier, as there is only one room and the course goes into the next one beforehand.
I was primarily interested in Pilates, I communicated that, and that I can bill my health insurance company for the course. I was then written to, come first and we'll discuss it at the course. Logically before that, was my thought. So I showed up a few minutes early and was fobbed off with the fact that the Pilates class there wasn't certified, unbelievable.
So I made my way there, was received unfriendly and annoyed, even though my exclusive interest was known. All circumstances from which I would like to protect potential customers there.
And yes, I think those who pay, comply and don't ask any questions will certainly be in good hands, but I had different expectations.
