No hesitation at all to recommend Holger and his absolutely beautiful yoga studio Shambomaya to everyone who is interested and open for exercise as well as stress reduction. The atmosphere is friendly, gentle and relaxed. Holger lives and loves obviously what he does. It is a pleasure to enter the tastefully furnished and very clean studio, and to leave it about two hours later in a content and relaxed state. Five stars plus!

The yoga classes with Holger are just great. In addition to the sporty yoga exercises, breathing exercises are carried out and important topics such as mindfulness and mental health are always discussed. Holger also explains the background to the individual yoga exercises and their physiological effects. He manages to create a great and appreciative atmosphere and the time in his yoga studio is incredibly good for me! I think I will keep coming back to his courses. I haven't found a comparable studio in Berlin. Very clear recommendation!

A wonderful place to relax. Holger is an excellent teacher who takes his time and responds to individual needs. Not only does he teach exercises, he also opens the mind to the teaching of yoga. I'm a bit older, so I had my doubts about whether yoga would be good for me or not. I had described my problems and Holger listened carefully and took his time and I started the course for beginners. I can now and only after the 4th training session say it just feels good and with such a competent trainer at his side, body, mind and soul are quickly in harmony. I can only recommend him.

Yoga with Holger is highly recommended!!! I felt very warmly welcomed by him right from the start and really enjoy my weekly yoga session in his studio. The studio is very comfortable and lovingly furnished. The hours are a great mix of strenuous and relaxing elements combined with a liberating dose of humor. 🙏🧘‍♀️✨

I'm currently training to be a yoga teacher in Berlin and I'm at the campsite in Mahlow with my camper. In my free time I was able to enjoy Holger's yoga classes. I am very impressed. A beautiful ambience. Really very appealing. Holger has a lot of experience and teaches professionally. He makes sure that every posture is performed correctly so that no injuries occur. He also teaches important breathing techniques that are very healing for body and soul. Have been looking for a suitable place to do yoga for a while. I'm excited. Holger explains all the exercises in great detail and in a way that is easy to understand. After the physical exertion, you can start the day wonderfully with the final relaxation or end it in the evening. Since I work in shifts, I can change the days and times thanks to the flexible schedule, thank you very much for that! I always look forward to my time at Shambomaya.

My weekly dose of relaxation. As a returnee, Holger knows how to teach yoga in a completely new way, sometimes with a wink. In 105 minutes, relaxation and tension alternate optimally. The program varies a little each week, so there is no chance of boredom. Clear recommendation! :)

As absolute newcomers, we wanted to learn yoga professionally and pay special attention to our physical sensitivities. That's why we decided to have a few hours of private lessons with Holger. Holger is a very pleasant and authentic yoga teacher. He makes sure that the exercises are carried out correctly and designs the yoga unit in a very relaxed, sometimes funny way.
