I was there again yesterday after 2 years. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, there was whispering in the waiting area where I had been waiting for the class to start, like in a church. Yoga Gentle and Yoga 5 were merged because there was no teacher for Yoga Gentle, my course. The strange atmosphere continued, no greeting, no hello, nothing. In the course itself, I contracted lumbago and had to stop, the exercises were probably too demanding for me, but I wasn't able to judge that well myself. The teacher just asked what was going on, I said back pain, he didn't say anything else. I finished the course with a bang and could hardly walk. on the stairs I met the teacher again when leaving. don't ask me how to do it. nothing at all. So, dressing like the teacher in a yellow t-shirt with Love on it doesn't make you a good teacher or an empathetic person. All this pseudo-spirituality in the store is absurd. True spirituality shows itself in empathy, kindness and mindfulness for and towards one's fellow human beings. I couldn't find any of that.
