I have only had absolutely positive experiences in this yoga studio. It's different from other studios, just Ashtanga Mysore. So anyone who expects a trainer to demonstrate asanas and the student to imitate them is wrong here, but that's not bad at all. Ashtanga Mysore is a 1 on 1 supervised unit. Each student practices his own flow, the teachers will of course provide help and guidance, but each student individually, or if there are groups of beginners, several students at the same time. Each student then practices the flow variations at their own pace and intensity.
As a result, the students remember the flow variants much more clearly, can really practice at home and become more self-confident in their yoga. The trainers mainly pay attention to the correct execution of breathing and the individual asanas.
I've been with Carolina for a few hours now and since I have a lot of experience in yoga myself, I've noticed a lot of flaws in my positioning and breathing in the asanas for beginners. Carolina is simply a wonderful person who teaches the yoga asanas with a lot of calmness, enthusiasm and empathy. I really love going here and would recommend it to anyone. =)
