Sukkhadas is an amazing Wim Hof Method instructor full of knowledge, compassion and dedication. He makes his participants feel seen, heard and really safe. Not only did he take care of each individual person there he also encouraged us to stand together and be there for ourself and others. Summarizing my experiences with Sukkhadas in a few words is not easy for me - it has to be experienced. Sukkhadas enriched my life so much with two of his events. A great experience with Sukkha: Best Wim Hof ​​workshop and of course with a final ice bath: 2min at 1.8°C! In fact, with Sukkha as workshop leader, the remaining 5:58 hours of the 6-hour workshop were mainly about breathing, i.e. breathwork and what it can do with you and your system. Sukkha did this so so well and gave me so much good input and energy! And then stood by my side to strengthen me when it finally went "onto the ice". A great experience!
