Unbelievable good. Yoga alone is totally relaxing and calming and has strengthened me for my studies. It became an important date in my week! But the course topped this good experience! Really a lot of value for every human being! I am super grateful to have had this experience of relaxation and contentment and to get simple techniques to give me peace and serenity in stressful everyday life! Highly Recommended!

Became aware of it via Groupon. The yoga classes are always super effective, and the staff are mostly friendly. The rooms are also beautifully designed. The only drawback is that you always have to register individually for each hour.

Gentle, pleasant, effective yoga, valuable and unique Sudarshan Kriya breathing techniques, simple meditation techniques, silence classes, happiness programs and more in a beautiful and calm atmosphere, with nice people! Competent yoga and meditation teachers. It's fun and a pleasure to be there. Highly recommended!
