The Dream Haus

A mindfulness and meditation studio for *all*. Whether you are an absolute beginner or experienced practitioner, TDH is for you. For me, I wanted to find a community grounded in love and a peaceful space to practice in the city. I found that and more. Phoebe is an exceptional who truly embodies the practice and inspires me to go deeper with my own. I love her combination of evidence-based approaches and integration of contemporary practices. I can highly recommend the 8-week mindfulness course and 200-hour teacher training - either the whole training or the individual 50-hour immersions. I've attended numerous yoga classes and also an 8 week mindfulness course at The Dream Haus, and feel so welcomed there every single time. The mindfulness course I did in particular helped me gain a calm and focus in my life that was desperately needed. Phoebe is an informed and compassionate teacher, and encourages me regularly, even when I dip in and out of practise. The Dream Haus is such a haven in Berlin!

I participated in the Compassion Immersive as part of the one year teacher training of The Dream Haus and thoroughly enjoyed this course. Phoebe is such a wise and warm teacher: She provides a very good structure, just the right amount of theory and current research and offers a lot of practical meditation exercises that I can benefit from in my day to day life. The course activities are in alignment with all of the provided studying material. It's a great course for those who, like me, have explored mindfulness already and are looking for a way to bring more self-kindness into their lifes. This course is highly recommended.

The Mindfullness course I participated in was the best thing I did last year or maybe ever for my mental health. I wish I could continue to participate in workshops, trainings and retreats in Berlin. I look forward to being able to join Phoebe in her workshops in Australia when she is closer to our new home in New Zealand.

I have done the 8-week MBSR training with Phoebe and currently enjoying the teacher training. She is demonstrating the qualities she is teaching, being inclusive and creating a safe space for learning, connecting and reflecting.
