In my opinion, the best Pilates studio in Berlin. Having knee issues, I have to be careful. Since I've been working out on the reformer, I've been no longer in pain after exercising. In addition, Isabelle is a very experienced and professional trainer. Thank you @pilatesmovementberlin !

Isabelle and the other pilates instructors are great. A challenging workout and a very, friendly welcoming group! I come all the way from Moabit to attend Pilates Movement classes in Mitte and Gleisdreieck because they are the best in the city.

Isabelle is a great trainer and designs individual training for everyone paired with classical Pilates- but also ballet elements. . As a former performance athlete, this is the perfect mix of recovery and relief especially for strengthening attacked muscles and ligaments.
