I am so happy I found this place - great teachers and a lovely space. I practiced Mysore Ashtanga for over 10 years. Unfortunately, due to an injury, and for over 2 years, I was unable to exercise because of severe back pain. One day, I decided to give pilates a go.
A friend recommended me Via Pilates. And, after only a handful of private sessions with Susanne ( the owner) my back pain was gone. Gone. I hadn’t had a pain-free week in years, I couldn’t believe it worked. Thanks to Susanne’s guidance, attention, and skill - I started healing. Soon, I was taking the group classes, and have been getting stronger and more aware of my body.
During group classes the teachers observe how you move and attentively correct when relevant. I have found a new practice, and am so thankful to Susanne and the studio.
