Dear Viva Studio,
Instead of acknowledging customer's dissatisfaction and taking steps to provide a solution to the problem, you keep being disrespectful by writing false information in response to my negative review. If you only care about your reputation, then I would recommend you start caring about your customers as well. This studio took my money but did not provide me with the services for which I paid, twice. Instead of an explanation or any kind of compensation, I received a portion of rudeness and public disinformation.
I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a genuine and positive yoga studio experience.
