I'm not typically one to complain, especially about a yoga studio, but:
For many months, the reservation website has been unable to take reservations from any Google Chrome browser, mobile or desktop. I haven't been able to get into my preferred classes as a result, and my class pass lapsed. It's mind-blowing to me that a class pass would even expire; doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an option beside a monthly membership? I emailed Dana, the manager, and asked to have my class pass reinstated given the circumstances, but she was unwilling.
It's a shame, because it's good instructors and good classes and it's right around the corner from my apartment. But I can't continue to support a business with such awful management.
