After a year long pause due to an injury, I am restarting my yoga practice with Anya. The way she teaches the Slow Flow works great for me at the moment: gentle and focused. But I know from my pre-injury time, that she can also be powerful and strong, too. She has a great sense of humor, and it's very nice to have some tea and a little chat after a lesson:) Also, the practice room located in a buddhist center has a special atmosphere and enforces the concentration. Every time I leave, I feel charged with positive energy!
