Beautiful atmosphere, which comes not only from the great institution, but also especially from the wonderful teachers! All I can say is I always feel safe and comfortable. Other than that, the studios are easily accessible by public transport and in the area there are plenty of opportunities to have a meal or drink a coffee after classes. And there is a very large and varied course offer. I can especially recommend the 200h training with Victor and Frauke (plus many other great people more). Despite several lockdowns, a solution has always been found to keep the training running and to keep the training in attendance as much and as safely as possible. The materials are super extensive. Victor and Mrs are always very accessible with questions, wishes and problems and have an open ear. I couldn't imagine a better training! Thank you very very much

Ambience, equipment, teachers, selection of teachers/courses are outstanding at Yfd in the yoga studio crowded Berlin. Victor has designed his studios with great attention to detail, everything is available for yogis to borrow (mats, blocks, belts, blankets) and even forgotten scrunchies are thought of. Wellness lounge with great yoga classes. These are usually 1.5 hours (yes, longer than with other providers) and there are also classes individually adapted to each level. So newbies are well maintained at Level 0 and for absolute checkers even Level 2 has new and challenging things to offer. You can see I'm thrilled... therefore I decided to complete my yoga teacher training here as well. And this one is highly recommended. 200 hours will become 300 hours, as Victor and Frauke follow the approach of only sending well trained teachers to the market. The classes are great - a good mix of practical and theory. Don't be afraid - Victor seems more terrifying than he is 😉 He has his principles and is challenging, but always he only has the welfare of everyone in mind and praises. When I was looking for a studio for my yoga teacher training in 2020, I discovered yoga for you and was convinced after my first yoga class at Victor. Both Frauke and Victor have always taken the time to clarify open questions in advance, which has not changed during the training; both are always available for questions, wishes and problems and are flexible to all matters. The training was meticulous and exceeded my expectations. Not only the workshops of Frauke and Victor, but also those of the guest lecturers from other, but complementary fields (medicine, psychology, etc. ) were always very thoughtful and educational. Furthermore, the training is designed so that it can be completed in addition to the "normal profession", which was important to me. In addition to the training, I can only recommend yoga for you! Had a really nice power yoga class with Romy. She gave nice personal corrections/physical adjustments. Felt lengthy and chill after. And now - the day after - a bit sore but in all the right places. Thanks!! Will be back!

I like yoga for you and I like to be there, especially for yinyoga, flow or pilates. I can only recommend it, however, I've also found that considering the plans after 17, that mostly power yoga will be done there. This is less appropriate for me as a beginner now. But other than that I like all three studios.

I have tried classes of Lina, Jo and Victor. Accurate instructions, well structured sessions in a friendly environment. Adjustments are done for any level to improve the individual possibilities and ensure a save practice. Absolutely worth it.

Simply great for practicing yoga and practicing!!! Competent teachers, wonderful atmosphere and above all, there is something for everyone from classes! A studio in Kreuzberg and one in Friedrichshain, what more could you want.

To cut it short: yoga fordich rocks ❤ And so much so that I couldn't imagine life as a yogi without yoga fordich in Berlin. The quality of the teachers, the great studios and also the people in the courses make it a wonderful combination that I can recommend from the bottom of my heart!
