This yoga studio is very spacious. Love the main room set-up: you never feel that it’s stuffy. Mats are available for your practice for free. Most of the classes are rather easy, the teachers explain everything in detail and get to asanas slower than in other studios I visit - good for beginners. Also, they nourish you with teas (3 kinds to choose from) and nuts.

I loved the yoga class with Janine so much! I felt like flying during a yoga class for the first time. The asanas or exercises were so well structured and well explained that they really helped to work on the particular muscles, making me understand my body so much better. The Shivasana felt great after the class.

We got there at 2:01 for the 2:00pm class & the teacher wouldn't let us in again even though he saw us and the class hadn't started yet. We then waited the first few minutes to see if he might let us in after the meditation part at the beginning, but he just looked through the window and shrugged his shoulders. It's a shame, I don't think that corresponds at all to the idea of ​​yoga. In other studios I have also experienced that participants were a few minutes late & didn't find it disturbing, yogis are usually very considerate. I wanted to try the studio through Urban Sports but will definitely not be going back here.

To be found in the Körtehöfe, an ideal place to remain energetic even after yoga. The interior design and facilities, as well as the designs of the different studios are simply brilliant. What is striking are many large plants and mega beautiful furnishings. The practice area is a bit smaller here than in the other studios, but there is a separate anteroom, which is really cool to check in and get away from the city.

Beautiful rooms! Precise yoga practice with very good alignment and support. Powerful and challenging for advanced level 1-2 and just the right thing for complete beginners. As a physiotherapist, I can recommend every beginner to start with Yogafürdich - I have rarely seen teachers (especially Victor) align their students so well and guide them safely through the practice. Full recommendation!

My favorite studio: great yoga and great atmosphere! It's nice when not only the lessons are professional, but also the environment (interior, website...) is right. And the live streams are also of the best quality! I've been going exclusively to yoga for you for almost 2 years - and preferably to Claire (Nusch). Started there shortly after a herniated disc and until now fit as ever. Claire is also a trained physiotherapist and I can recommend her 100%. Just writing this review makes me look forward to the next session!

I have been practicing regularly at Yogafürdich for over a year now and can only recommend it to everyone. There is something for everyone, whether beginner or advanced. The teachers are great and the studio is beautiful. I cannot understand the previous assessment with the accusation that there was a lack of cleanliness, since the studio has always been very clean when I have visited it and the mats are disinfected after each use. So I have a clear recommendation. <3

An oasis for yoga lovers! The atmosphere is relaxed and cordial. The individual teachers are very authentic in their style. Flowing and body-focused Power Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pilates are offered. A beautiful place to experience spirituality without dogma with yourself. The ambience is very stunning, lots of plants, great interior design, everything is very clear in terms of color. Everything can be borrowed on site free of charge, such as mats and blankets, belts and yoga blocks. A place to be at its finest!

The style is flowing, undogmatic and interpreted in a modern way with a lot of anatomical knowledge and a beneficial structure of the lessons. Studio owner Victor's lessons are super challenging, creative and beneficial. He pays attention to all students, corrects & gives assists so that in every lesson there are aha moments and the practice develops. A deep spirituality and life experience shimmers through between precise instructions and super funny sayings. I also really like Lina's and Micha's classes. Full recommendation for yoga for you.

I've been practicing at yfd for almost two years now and I'm still enthusiastic. The studios (I practice in all three) are very stylishly designed, clean and mats, blocks, blankets are not cheap goods, they are of the best quality - this even applies to the soap in the toilets! I have certainly worked with almost 80 percent of all teachers and even if there are of course personal preferences, the quality standard in terms of orientation, hands-on, instruction is the same for all of them. Thanks to Victor and Co., I have developed enormously in terms of yoga (even online in the last year) and can only warmly recommend the studio. Oh, and you don't go down to the basement to laugh at yfd either. How pleasant :)

By now I've gotten used to the style of yoga for you. There are so many fantastic teachers there, with Victor Thiele leading the way! His lessons are demanding, humorous and very varied.
