For a long time I avoided the topic of yoga because I can't do anything with the spiritual superstructure. Coincidence then brought me to the YogaHome. A friendly little studio in Wedding, conveniently located on the U8 and tram M10, run by a competent and friendly teacher.
Anja teaches her Vinyasa Yoga completely free of ideology and she easily manages to adapt to the individual level of her yogis and to integrate them into your course. Together with the drop-in class concept, Anja offers yoga for everyone in the very best sense.
I consider the ritual of ending the hour with hot tea, snacks and interesting conversations between the participants to be a particular highlight. This ensures a pleasant and familiar atmosphere and a lively exchange of ideas.
So if you've always wanted to get a taste of yoga, you're in good hands here. But beware, there is an acute danger of becoming a permanent yogi.;-)
