Horrible experience ever! Not only with the practice, but also communication with the studio administrators, who don't know anything about client focus. Just for context, I love the studio and was very happy to take the classes there before. Last weekend my husband and I took a crystal balls class. It was very hot in the room, absolutely uncomfortable to do the practice from the stretching in the beginning till the relaxation and sound bath. It was not even possible to relax and enjoy the practice!
From the beginning I told the teacher that it’s super hot, she said that she can’t do anything. Only in the end she said that we should talk with the manager or wear shorts (seriously?) I texted after the class to the studio, they did confirm that the air condition was switched for the sound class. I asked to give us a good discount for the next class or to refund us. After 2 days of not answering the mail Instead this manager offered us 3 euro (whaaaaat!) discount and definitely doesn't know anything about customer focus!
