Ashtanga Yogawerkstatt

I really like the yoga classes. You learn to practice the Ashtanga series independently, so the teachers have plenty of time to help everyone in the course to take the pineapple correctly and to emphasize the health and therapeutic aspects. If you cannot do the asanas yet, simpler variations are taught and everything is built up step by step. You feel very well looked after and it is a very nice, friendly and personal atmosphere in the middle of the big city. I can only recommend the studio!

I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga at this school regularly for about 6 years. I find all the teachers there to be extremely competent. You have helped to awaken my enthusiasm for Ashtanga Yoga and encourage me to constantly refine my asana practice. The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop also offers a well-founded and varied 3-year yoga teacher training course, which I have been taking part in for about 1.5 years.

From the first lesson, it was clear to me: I found my yoga, my teacher Beate Guttandin and my yoga school. :-) The entire workshop team is great and, above all, well trained. Every new student can benefit from this. Have fun practicing.

Competence and lovable trainers, that's what you get here in the Ashtanga workshop. I feel very well looked after, they make sure that the body returns to health (if necessary). It is corrected and if there is pain, you change position. That's the way it has to be, I've had the experience that the trainer overwhelms you and then physical problems arise. I highly recommend this studio!
