After several yoga lessons with different yoga teachers, I would like to give a clear recommendation. The hours were very relaxing and beneficial. The yoga teachers show a lot of consideration and guide you through individual dream programs. The location is perfect for feeling good and getting ahead with the respective needs.

My absolute favorite yoga studio! A wide variety of classes are offered by a large number of yoga teachers, who somehow always have something special for me. The small room makes you feel very comfortable, almost like in your own living room. Thank you Besam for this great experience and the regular yoga breaks.

I had a great lesson with a more than competent trainer, which is the absolute main thing. There is a point deduction for the room. It's too small and narrow for me personally. The distance to the next person was too close for me and you had to be careful with your arms and legs.

Best studio in Cologne! You walk in and immediately feel at home. Bessam is such a great person and yoga teacher, Michi leads through her courses with so much heart and I love her hours with guaranteed sore muscles 😁 But everyone else who teaches there also does it with heart and love!

What a great yoga class and most of all, Bessam is a wonderful yoga teacher and an even better person. Warm, appreciative, attentive and funny. The hour was really something for the heart, body and soul and I really want to take part regularly. Like a warm shower. Great.

Yoga in Michi and Bessam's studio is always like a one-hour short vacation for me. This is not only due to the small, cozy studio and the family atmosphere, but above all to the two great yoga teachers. Michi and Bessam give you incredibly good wisdom every hour along the way, which allows you to approach your own life with more mindfulness. Afterwards not only the body is relaxed, but also the mind :) Absolute recommendation!

I can only recommend Bes and Michi's studio. Many others have already mentioned it here - for me too, the warm atmosphere and personal attention are what particularly stand out. You simply feel welcome and comfortable right from the start and can contact us at any time with questions or suggestions, which, if possible, will even be addressed spontaneously in the course. The lessons are also varied in other ways, the sequences are always varied in a playful way, so that the lessons are new/different in their own way, even for frequent visitors. There is often a small motto or an inspiring text that accompanies the lesson, which I particularly like. Note: Due to Corona, there are currently daily online courses - a good replacement for on-site lessons.

Beautifully furnished studio, with a cozy atmosphere and courses held in small groups. The courses are lovingly designed. So far I've only been there twice, but I felt so safe and taken care of that I will definitely come back.
