I love Heike's teaching style! Before that I only knew the “frontal lessons”, but with the traditional Mysore, as Heike teaches, everyone practices side by side, but is looked after individually! So you can start at any time and are shown exercises/movements, then carry them out independently until you have internalized them, then new ones are added, etc. It is very encouraging, because everyone practices at their own pace and at the same time you are inspired by the ( more advanced) exercises of the others. Heike is a really great and sensitive yoga teacher! You can tell it's her passion - she motivates and encourages while being gentle and understanding like no other teacher I've experienced! I always feel very cared for and yet challenged. Here everyone is really treated as they need it! Many, many thanks for this enlightenment, dear Heike! ;)

A wonderful place in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ehrenfeld with Heike as a consistently committed teacher who tailors and teaches the Ashtanga program to each individual so that it usually feels like individual lessons. Try it out, it's worth it!
