A very beautiful, warm, and accepting space both structurally and in feeling. I attended three times during my week long visit to Cologne and paid €35 in total. Very reasonable for the area :) If I lived here this would definitely be my studio.

The best yoga studio in Cologne! Authentic teachers, great offer and a nice atmosphere. Even if you have taken a long break or are "new" to yoga, you will be taken by the hand here. It's a really great yoga studio, for which it's worth the trip to Südstadt.

Therefore, the Ginger Up is my place to shape physical strength and movement and at the same time to find inner peace. Really strong: All sessions are for members and are always streamed live. Since then, I have also been able to attend yoga classes in the south of Cologne when I travel.
