I have now booked a few yoga classes with Antje through USC and it has been fantastic every time. The cozy and relaxing atmosphere coupled with the good instructions have always given me a great balance to the rest of the day.

It was great!! The teacher super nice and patient, the atmosphere very cozy 😀🙌 Fewer people, plenty of space for the positions, always well ventilated, and most importantly - everything very clean!! 👌😌. I recommend for all beginners who, like me, want to discover the yoga world slowly and calmly 😌🧘🏻‍♀️🌿🌷 Namaste 🐶🙏

Small, cozy studio in Bayenthal with two extremely experienced and friendly teachers. Antje and Dulce design their lessons in such a way that there is a loving, demanding but not overwhelming practice for every level from beginner to advanced. You almost don't want to recommend the studio, so that it remains an insider tip and you can continue to practice yoga in a small but fine circle :-). An absolute enrichment for the Veedel.

Yoga with Antje and Dulce is always worth it :)! Both live and online. The two are very experienced, give great, structured lessons and always have an open ear for their participants. You can just feel good, so absolutely and wholeheartedly recommended

New studio by Antje and Dulce. The ideal place for yoga, very tasteful, calm, wonderful colors and an aura of almost Bodhisattvic balance. But nothing beats this wonderful team and their teaching. I've been there for two years, twice a week, and that's how I got rid of all my physical ailments (sciatica, two herniated discs, etc.). Be sure to register and try it out.

I have been practicing with Antje and Dulce for many years. It's always an inspiration and feels so good. The two of them have an extraordinary ability to make every hour special. This is not least due to her great experience and her very personal nature. You have to experience it ❤️

I'm definitely not the "sportiest" person, but I always felt very comfortable with Antje and Dulce. The trainers have designed each exercise in such a way that you can take part in it at your own level. Both are so heartfelt!

I came to yoga through Antje in 2010 and have never been able to give up since then. I have experienced numerous lessons - whether Vinyasa, Yin, meditation or even pregnancy yoga - as well as one or two retreats with the two of them and can only warmly recommend their classes. I have been using the offer to take part in the courses online almost every week since Corona. Hund mit Grund is a great yoga studio that is very responsive to the needs of the participants, offers a lot of variety and is simply good for you physically and mentally. The price-performance ratio is right, the trainers are more than competent and additionally qualified in many areas, the lessons are varied and the humor is never neglected. Absolutely recommended studio!

I'm a big Dulce/Antje fan and have been a student for many years. The two focus on personal wishes - also spontaneously - and organize the hours very lovingly and with a lot of mindfulness of body and soul. The hours demanding and relaxing at the same time!

Loving, concentrated, individual, warm, refreshing, with ❤️. The yoga classes are so varied and carefully designed. I can recommend Hund mit Grund to everyone who wants to do something good for their body and mind.
