Disastrous training condition of the leader. I can only warn and advise against it. Linda and Andrea were competent and tried hard, but unfortunately Thiemo's ego was too much in the foreground. There was no didactics. The training is not worth the price!! The other participants were very nice and improved the bad and tense atmosphere somewhat. The good reviews are mainly due to the yoga classes on site, some of which are quite good. There are stars for the characterful but outdated house

As a teacher, Thiemo responds to all of the students' questions and topics individually. The knowledge is imparted in a totally understandable way and for me these teaching units are totally enriching. I'm looking forward to all further training courses.

I was very disappointed by the unprofessionalism of the training. From the organization and implementation of yogic principles and humanity it was deficient. Emphasis was placed on basic hierarchical structures, and queries seemed undesirable.

I am impressed and happy with my choice to do my apprenticeship with Thiemo after my first week of training in Alhausen. My concerns, fears and perhaps also my search for derogatory criteria were completely unfounded and, in retrospect, a little amusing for myself. Setting out on my path is always change and it is not always easy for me and it is not always nice and painless . I perceived the whole atmosphere in and around the house as balanced, powerful and full of energy. A big thank you to "my" group, with whom I was allowed to be and to Thiemo, Linda and Andrea - who responded to us, answered questions, recognized obstacles and solved problems. It takes a lot of commitment and development to get involved with "grown-up old" people 14 hours a day and to look at each individual with love and to let it be - great respect for this serenity - I'm working on mine. I'm looking forward to our further time together and I'm already excited, excited and happy.

For me, as a trained business economist and a rather head-heavy person, my experiences in both parts of the training were initially a little confusing. How is discipline and perseverance also an issue here? But something fascinated me about yoga - as it did in my first class in India 10 years ago - especially the unspoken, the felt. And that's exactly what I learned from Thiemo and his team's seminars. The content not only helps with teaching but also gives me a lot of food for thought for my entire lifestyle. Since I was able to get to know both (morning and compact training), I would recommend the compact training at the end of the world in Ahlhausen. Here you can get completely mentally and emotionally involved for 7 days in a row and also enjoy life in the community with loved ones and great conversations. The experiences and insights that I was able to gain through the yoga teacher training at the institute with and through Thiemo were and are a very valuable gift for me on all levels. A symbiosis of clarity, precision, professional expertise and competence, as well as sensitivity and compassion have encouraged and strengthened me to authentically pursue my calling and to realize it more and more. I found the teaching content, the structure and the individual reference and support to be very beneficial and enriching. Thanks to a holistic approach, a very supportive and competent team and a very well thought-out teaching structure, the yoga teacher training at the Institute for Yoga and Health not only allowed me to deepen my yoga practice, but also to get to know myself better. My future students and I will benefit from the techniques learned for a very long time to come, and the community created during the training between us future yoga teachers will hopefully continue to exist. In the otherwise so competitive and fast-moving world, this training is exactly what is needed: a balance through a practice in which no comparison is sought and the focus is entirely on oneself and the individual needs and requirements. A year ago I left a very positive review here because the training was very good in the first year (see at the end of this review). Now I have "practiced" the second year of training and can only encourage every graduate of the first part of the training to attend the second part as well. Training manager Thiemo Zeppernick lives the neutral spirit in all areas of training. This means that every student is picked up, regardless of their physical or mental development, is very well looked after and quickly finds access to the various topics. You don't have to be able to bend like a contortionist to walk the path of yoga. The classes offer a perfect balance of theory and practice. Life after the training is no longer the same as before, but you take part in the flow of life with more mindfulness and serenity - if you allow it. I'm really happy that the universe made me decide to do my apprenticeship here. Thank you to the entire training team! Sat Nam! I have never regretted doing my training here at the institute. I opted for the compact training in the Westerwald and personally always enjoyed my time in the seminar house because they always helped me in some way. The lecturers shared their knowledge openly and generously, so that after the first year of training I already had a profound foundation for my lessons. I've been a freelance yoga teacher for 5 years now, have my own yoga studio and I think my students benefit a lot from the three training modules. Overall, I can highly recommend this training.

In July 2021 I completed the compact training in the Westerwald totally enriched. It was important to me to really experience holistically oriented training. And that was exactly what was possible with the offered concept. The cozy seminar house is located in a wonderful natural setting with meadows, forests and a small river. A good framework for our experiences on all levels. It was great how a community formed from the individual participants. Together we cooked, learned, explored nature and of course practiced. We immersed ourselves in the world of yoga, guided by our teachers, who all inspired us for their topic in their own special way. I was able to experience how asanas, pranayama, meditation, chanting mantras and the theoretical units, e.g. on yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and anatomy, combined to form a whole. I have experienced the cleansing, strengthening, clarifying, healing and spiritual power of yoga. New doors were opened to Mr.. And it still has an effect :-). In May of this year, I completed part I of the yoga teacher training course in the seminar house in the Westerwald. The seminar house is beautifully situated, well equipped and exudes a good atmosphere. The training is of a high standard and is conducted by qualified and practice-oriented trainers. The supervision is very good and the trainers are always available to answer questions. The training is very broad; you get to know different yoga traditions. I also had very unpleasant and very strenuous hours, which were very important for my development and for my change process. I definitely don't want to miss the experiences of these 3 weeks. Since then I have set clear boundaries, feel more balanced and stronger and am much more present. My fellow human beings confirm this to me permanently. The training strengthened my personality. I look forward to completing more courses and seminars through the institute. I feel very well prepared to start my career as a yoga teacher. I am currently in the first year of yoga teacher training at the Institute for Yoga and Health and I am completely satisfied with the learning content, the trainers, the structure, the support and the group size. In my opinion, you get a well-founded education here that promotes personal growth, is neither over- nor under-challenged, and enables you to be a competent teacher later on.
