There are many types of yoga. You have to try out which yoga you find right for you. I've become a big fan of Iyengar yoga because for me this type of yoga is body therapy yoga. You really get to know every bone, every muscle, every tendon in yourself. And you learn to align everything with each other and with each other in such a way that the body is strengthened and the components fit together in a good and correct way. After the lesson you are often a bit taller and more stretched :-)). In the Iyengar Yoga Center Mitte in particular, I find exactly the type of Iyvengar yoga class that suits me: Accuracy, commitment and patience with me as a learner, as well as appreciation and cordiality in dealing with people.
