I completed Reiki 1st degree with Amarta in November. The training was individually tailored to me. Amarta is a very attentive and loving teacher. She explained everything well. In addition, she accompanies me even after the training. She always gives me tips and answers my questions. I can recommend her both as a Reiki Master and as a meditation coach.

Amarta is a very, very good teacher. I did my 1st degree Reiki with her in February 2019. The second will now follow in May 2019. Her relaxation and calmness that she radiates is very helpful and gives you even more inner strength. She pays attention to all important processes that are of great value to this training. I did meditation coaching with Amarta over several appointments. She covered several techniques. When coaching, she demonstrates a very calm and present attitude, so that you arrive straight away and can get involved with her very well. Her calm voice is also helpful, making guidance during meditation very pleasant. In addition to coaching, she also offers meditation in groups, Reiki and meditative painting. If I want to further consolidate my meditation practice, I will definitely go to her again.
