Feel-good vibes in the heart of Cologne. Great meditations and seminars on mindfulness and personal development. I've been visiting the meditation center for years and wouldn't want to miss it. Keep it up!

Had a room there for the night. Expensive expensive expensive, zero services, it stinks of food and that even on the 3rd floor because there is a really bad vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor... I felt like a monk... and since there are several rooms on one floor, it's noisy because of a good night's sleep! I doubt it's even licensed as a hotel...

A spiritual oasis of calm in the heart of Cologne city centre. A place where you can confidently open yourself up to a wide variety of therapy directions, as the providers are very reflective, very competent and act with compassion. A beautiful, clear ambience in which one can practice Osho's wonderful meditations for decades. May it be preserved for the world at least for more decades!

Despite paid registration, I was not allowed to attend the course due to a delay of 3 minutes. Also one of the rudest receptionists I've ever encountered. I will definitely not come again.

A place where I can go to meditate in the afternoon, shake and dance for an hour - it's the Kundalini meditation. Very relaxing and a good end to my day. I always meet nice and open-minded people there. That's important to me and I'm left alone when I'd rather be alone. I like that too.

There shouldn't be freedom of expression at the reception. I'm very impressed that someone wants to tell me how to find something and what I can and can't share. The conversation was about dynamic meditation and the current situation that dynamic meditation can only be done quietly on the weekend. I feel that the catharsis and Hu phase is very difficult for me to do quietly and misses the point of how I understand dynamic meditation. I felt uncomfortable with the lady at the reception and her domineering manner.

The UTA is simply a pleasant place. Loving and unobtrusive. The meditations have often supported me. The seminars are conducted by very experienced leaders. What I value so much about UTA is the unpretentious and undogmatic approach to spiritual practice. So definitely go there once!
