Great studio, almost professional training and a very competent owner! For me, Pilates is the best balance to tennis. You learn a lot about your body, which is generally very helpful in sports. PB can only be recommended, which was long overdue! LG wh ;-)

An excellent training institute where I enjoy completing my further training. Unfortunately, due to the long distance, I cannot train there, but I recommend it to anyone who lives in the south of Cologne. Britta and her colleagues are experienced and competent trainers who make you feel like you are in good hands. There are group and individual training, with and without equipment. There should be something for everyone.

Britta Brechtefeld's studio is wonderful. I think Britta is a great woman. Your books are very practical and well described. I am a teacher myself and I enjoy accessing your documents. I can only recommend the studio 100 percent. I don't understand the negative rating. The author probably overshot the mark somewhat unfairly. For me the studio is 5 stars who...
