Kirsten brought mindfulness into my life two years ago with the MBSR and MSC courses. It has greatly increased my mental resilience and thus led to a lot of happiness and serenity in my life. I still listen to the meditations from the website regularly.

I'm very excited. Due to the distance, I have only taken online courses so far, but they still inspired me a lot. And communication 'in administrative matters' is also uncomplicated, friendly and fast.

A great place for mindfulness meditation. The rooms are quiet, very nicely decorated and welcoming. During my class, Kirsten led amazing meditations and demonstrated a wonderful sensitivity to the needs of the group. Due to the positive experiences, the group stayed together after the end of the course. Highly Recommended.
