Your life - your celebration! It was an incredible dance week. A different rhythm in focus every day. Feel intensely and dance freely. Iri's wonderful, loving support inspired me so much. I felt extremely well looked after and supported. Dancers from different regions came together and had a lot of laughs and humorous evenings together. Respectful interaction, compassionate conversations, a family-friendly, benevolent atmosphere has developed. I wholeheartedly recommend Iris' five-day vision journey. I was there at the Baltic Sea in September 2022 and when I saw Iris and the other participants in our group for the first time, I knew immediately: In this group I can open up and trust myself while dancing so much that I "look inside out " can dance. That I can have real and authentic experiences and draw from the depths. Iris made this possible with her relaxed and warm way of holding and guiding the space. I regularly visit the Waves from Iris, have already taken part in workshops lasting several days & now also a 1:1 session. With her attentive gaze, her open nature and her experience with the 5 Rhythms, Iris creates spaces in which I can open myself and others, perceive and experience things better and in a new way. Iris creates a wonderful energy and atmosphere in her dance room. Her music carries you from wave to wave and lets emotions flow through the body, which is magically liberating.
