Anyone looking for a friendly and helpful group for occasional or regular meditation is in really good hands and welcome at Buddha e.V. Especially because it is not so important whether you follow the teachings of Buddha or not, it is a good place if you "just" want to meditate and would like to share it with other people. The range of beginner courses is really great, making it easier for you to get started, because many others probably feel the same way as me: you are curious, but shy away from joining an experienced group directly. The beginner courses make it possible to gain initial experience and exchange ideas with other beginners or the course instructors without this pressure. I am happy and grateful to have discovered this for myself about a year ago.

Twice a week evening meditation with reading, lecture and discussion. Belongs to the Buddha house of Ayya Khema in the Allgäu. Great wisdom, much compassion and kind, open-minded people. Highly recommended.
