I have known Markus for many years and appreciate him and his work very much. The monastery workshop was a great experience. I had little experience with meditation beforehand, but Markus did created an atmosphere in which I, as a participant, could fully engage with this topic. His calm and confident manner was very good and enabled me as a participant to fully develop myself to focus on the weekend. At no point was there the feeling “that doesn’t fit” – on the contrary, Markus is completely attuned to their needs Participants were received and the content was adapted to the respective situation and mood. High praise and absolutely recommended.

I'm excited! I had a seemingly unsolvable professional problem problem and to be honest I was more than skeptical when a benevolent colleague advised me to get coaching. Now I was sitting opposite Mr. Klemm and I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that he helped me to open up and get involved with a lot of empathy, but also with a number of practical "tools". I really learned a lot about myself and also about teamwork, leadership skills, stress management and mindfulness. He was always at my side in the implementation, so that I can achieve lasting success. I'm enjoying my work again and feel that I'm in the right place there.
