During the breathwork session, Yvonne expertly guided and supported me throughout the entire process. She helped me release old patterns and emotions that were holding me back. I felt a deep sense of peace and clarity that I had not experienced before. And after the session, she sat with me and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I participated in the just meditate "Awareness and Meditate meets the Ballet and Orchestra" hosted by Yvonne Landmann. The Bellini theater was just stunningly beautiful and Yvonne was a excellent host and meditation coach. I booked Yvonne for an event I organized for my project. She held a session regarding how to relieve daily stress and support your health with breathing and it was a success. I have been practicing meditation with Yvi, and really enjoy her style and sense of calmness. She has been very involved with my meditation practice, she is always interested in how I am experiencing the meditations and in the benefits and changes that I'm noticing. We had one one session with my company for Breathwork for more Health and less Stress; it was an online session and we were connected from different cities all over the world. It was really amazing.
