Learning Acro Yoga at Center of Gravity means lot of expertise, strenghtening the body and mind and lots of laughs and letting go of any “shoulds”. I love that familiar feeling when I walk in - similar to when I am coming home. This place has a very much of a community feeling, everyone supports each other and people hang out together after the class. Everyone is welcome no matter what age, size or background. I appreciate finishing the class with meditation to come back to myself and allow the practice to sink in. Thank you for creating this special place!!

We met some of the instructors when looking at the place and were immediately invited in, even though it was obvious they were about to leave. We then spend the next 30 minutes chatting with them and went back later that day to join a class (which we had been invited to even though it was not open to the public). None of us knew much about yoga or acro yoga but we felt SO welcome! The atmosphere was amazing and I definitely want to come back! I would recommend this to anyone!!!

Amazing center in Hamburg with very kind and persuading teachers. Their methods and the whole ideology around yoga left a very good and long lasting impression. Can totally recommend!

It was my first time at the Center of Gravity and I took a class for beginners and another class. There is a super pleasant, relaxed and above all family atmosphere in the center that grabs you immediately. The classes themselves are exciting and engaging with super friendly and experienced trainers. A definite recommendation for anyone thinking about it.

Just got home from the weekend workshop for couples with my partner very inspired. Ralph and his team are very warm people who know how to read a room and create a great atmosphere for learning, growing and trusting. We felt extremely comfortable and look forward to seeing you again soon! Clear recommendation for everyone who wants to do Acro-Yoga - no matter what level :)

I took part in a mixed level intensive acroyoga weekend and my expectations were more than exceeded. I learned so much at! In positions and how important it is to give and have trust. It was such a beautiful group and we had so much fun! Thanks Ralph for this experience, I'll be back!

During my short visit to Hamburg I took part in the Sunday jam and was warmly welcomed. The premises have a cosy, warm atmosphere. I felt safe and had a lot of fun flying with the owner and instructor Ralph :-) I'll be back.

I actually only wanted to do a trial lesson, but I would have preferred to move in right away. 😉 You immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. We always love coming back to the Center of Gravity! The premises are unique with their clay floors, tatami mats, thousands of cushions and instruments. There's plenty of room for grounding and creativity! Here everyone can just be :)

Acro Yoga Studio for all levels of experience. The teacher Ralph responds very well to the level and mood of the small groups and takes all the time for his students. The mixture of yoga, acrobatics and meditation suits me very well. Here you can leave everyday life behind and always leave the studio with a smile.

A wonderful, unforgettable Beginners Weekend full of warmth, inspiration, physical awareness, movement and an incredible amount of laughter lies behind us. Ralf, head of the center and our teacher, has the talent to pick up his students of the most diverse talents and physical composition, to take them with them, to challenge them and to let them grow beyond their limits. I was there for the first time today for the Beginners Workshop. It was a lot of fun, highly recommended if you're looking for a new challenge and fun. Definitely will go again.

A hearty warm open place where you just like to hang out, hang out, fly around, meditate, like to be. Many offers, courses, sound meditations, Thai massage. Only to recommend :)
