I really enjoy the sessions in the studio. A lot of fun. Furthermore, they help me to reduce my lower back pain and strengthen my muscles. I will keep working out with the coaches in the studio

I booked the class and would really like to try my first time here, however, my kid has some problem at home, i had to send a email to cancel the class 1 hour before the class, however, last minute we could solve the problem at home, so i went to the class on time. HOWEVER, she told me i can't join anymore unless i pay the fee "second time" !!! Even though my slot was not taken, and the class was not fully booked, they still did not allow me to join the class. I feel very very disappointed about this studio!! I could have not sent the mail to them in the first place, i do not understand why when people want to be honest have to be punished by this, now i will never want to walk in this studio anymore.

I've been doing Flying Pilates regularly for almost a year and for the first time in my life I'm really enjoying the sport! The team around Sonja is really nice, competent and always knows how to motivate the participants. The mixture of balance, stretching, muscle training and relaxation is simply ideal. There is also something for every level of fitness. I love coming here again and again and can only recommend it ☺️

Great, relaxed atmosphere. Very nice and attentive teachers who know exactly what they are doing and who pass on their knowledge. Particular attention is paid to beginners and no matter what level, you are in good hands in the appropriate courses.

I felt comfortable from the first hour because there is a really great, warm and relaxed atmosphere. Here I can strengthen my body and relax. :-) The trainers are very welcoming and hard-working. There are different specials/workshops at the weekend, with something for everyone. The lessons take place in small groups, so that each participant can be well catered for. Training with danger of addiction, I am always happy to be here again! :-) Only to be recommended!

My personal happy place! The trainers are all such warm and great people who take the time to patiently explain and show each student. The flypows, which change weekly, are always a mixture of relaxation and tension, sometimes demanding and sometimes a little easier, but in any case never boring. I always look forward to coming to you and flying again. ❤️

I prefer to go to Sabrina's basic course. It's very tiring, but feels incredibly good. Especially if you have back problems. The group is always fun and I love going.

I've been involved in Flying Pilates for years, and one or two work-related breaks have not diminished my fascination with this elegant and at the same time strenuous sport. The trainers are great, personable and attentive, every student gets their money's worth. You'll definitely notice what you've done the next day... Hello deep muscles, but it can also and has already worked wonders for me against back pain. Of course, regular training is key

I've been there for years and it's always fun. Every trainer is really nice and you feel completely comfortable. Depending on the course, the sport is strenuous. To get started, Basic 1 is wonderful. Basic 2 makes you sweat. In a good way, of course. I chose this because I don't really like Pilates itself. But with the cloth it's something completely different. And another reason is that I have an office job where I sit a lot. My back hurt all the time, but if I go there once a week I don't have the problem. And you don't have to be super slim or extremely fit to take part. That's really the beauty of it and I speak from experience 😉

Tonight I took part in the Basic 1 course for the first time and it was really exhausting, really interesting and really fun. The introduction to yoga/pilates in a large cloth hanging from the ceiling was rather unusual at first, but you got used to it very quickly. The cloth also brings a new, sometimes aggravating twist to well-known exercises. Nonetheless, I felt very well looked after. The trainer Ivonne was also super nice and understood how to show and explain the exercises well. All in all, I would recommend everyone to try it out.😉

Infected 8 years ago and hooked ever since. Why? Because Flying Pilates is a sport that always has an alternative for broken bones and chronic injuries. A happy place with the best coaches in the world. A place full of love in every situation. Because flying is simply the most beautiful movement of a living being! Just keep doing it.

What can I say? At the end of every lesson I always think “it's a shame it's over”. This is how sport is really fun 🤩 always varied and upside down the world suddenly looks completely different. Absolute happy place.

It doesn't get any more loving than that and sore muscles in the stomach are guaranteed. If something doesn't work out, you will be guided through the exercise in a helpful manner and you can laugh heartily. Each trainer is fully involved and has her own style. Just great, definitely recommended.

The flying pilates studio has been my "happy place" for over 5 years. The trainers are all super friendly, the atmosphere is great and the sport is fun and varied. You notice after a short time that you are becoming more agile and yet it is still demanding even after such a long time. An absolute recommendation - just try it!

I like Pilates itself and the towel makes it even better :) I'm a complete beginner but it's still a lot of fun and easy to get into. In addition, it is super easy to book a course here!
