The perfect place to switch off. I live only a three-minute walk away and can recommend anyone who lives here in the Bahrenfeld/Othmarschen residential area to venture outside the door into an oasis of peace. There is yoga & co for every age group and everyone is welcome, no matter how flexible or physically restricted. Right at the beginning of each course unit, Sabine and Sascha ask how we are doing and what we need at the moment. There is no rush or mass processing here! Everything is personal, individual and if you have any further questions regarding yoga & fitness, you will be happy to get information from Sascha and Sabine's wealth of knowledge. I also think all the additional special offers that take place in addition to the course offer are great! My absolute recommendation!

One of the best studios in Hamburg for Yoga and Pilates. Sabine Boesinger has a wonderful way of teaching both beginners and professionals. She is familiar with numerous areas and can therefore respond individually to all participants and give tips. I even drive across town to get to your class. Even if you have babies, feel free to bring them with you. The hours with baby are very charming and exhausting at the same time.

I love the yoga classes here. They refresh me again and again and give me strength for everyday life. My little break from family management.
