I am so thankful to have found the Kadampa Meditation Center and even more grateful to have the opportunity to learn in English. Miri is a wonderful teacher!

I participated in the course "Learning to meditate" yesterday and would like to thank myself in this way for the wonderful four hours. I have gained many new and beautiful insights, which were conveyed by Kelsang Parchin in a clear and sympathetic manner.

In this context, it is mentioned that Kelsang Parchin is a very pleasant and great nun and teacher and it was great listening to her lecture/teaching. I will definitely be back!

The meditations here are a real enrichment. I have nothing to do with Buddhism, but with a bit of tolerance it's not an obstacle. The teachers and course participants are really great and absolutely open to dialogue. Listening to the center director Miri is a super inspiring experience. I am glad to have found this place to decelerate from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

It was wonderful. Our "Learn to meditate" course with Miri was so beautiful. She can explain it so simply, what the Kadampa Meditation is about...... inner happiness ♡.... There was delicious tea and 4 guided meditations. Miri has a wonderful calm voice and a nice way of explaining things. And now, after learning, comes DOING.

This introductory course gave me a very well explained insight into the meaning and technique of meditation. We felt comfortable from the start in an open and friendly atmosphere. Many thanks to Miri Renner and the team for this valuable experience.
