I've been at this studio for a few years. Carola is very competent and a guarantee for effective, innovative Pilates training. A very nice small studio with individual lessons and small groups up to a maximum of 4 participants

I've been with Carola for a few years. I had various personal trainers before, but Carola was the first to really recognize my weaknesses and achieve real success with targeted training. The combination of strength training and flexibility is the perfect basis for fitness in everyday life. Carola is highly competent and attaches great importance to technique during training. This prevents injuries and ensures effective training. Even my shoulder problems and years of back tension are no longer an issue thanks to Carola's training.
