After training I definitely feel better than before. Through personal contact with Marianne, weekly exercise has become a regular appointment, unlike unused fitness club memberships in previous years. I see sport almost as therapy and as a perfect complement to regular jogging in order to recognize and correct unhealthy movement patterns and to build and maintain good stability and mobility.
