A really very pleasant, relatively quiet ✈️yoga studio for Niendorf, which is tastefully furnished and has very friendly, competent trainers. The workshops are varied and always an experience! I always enjoy going there, even if it's been a long time... The cancellation system, which you can use to book all types of tickets and subscriptions, is also great.

One of the best yoga studios in Hamburg! Very competent, nice trainers, from whom you are looked after very individually. Every yoga class feels like a small gift to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandhi!

I attended the yoga retreat and it was just wonderful. Julia is a very sensitive yoga teacher who sees everything and corrects at exactly the right time. The program was dosed just right. Not too much and not too little. There was a demanding session in the morning and then a gentle session with meditation in the afternoon. The Stimbekhof as a location has also been carefully selected. All in all, definitely recommendable and worth repeating. Thank you Julia for an unforgettable weekend.

Great yoga studio with a very diverse range of offerings for beginners and professionals, children and adults. The team is great and you can see the many years of experience in a very balanced program. The workshops and outdoor yoga are also highly recommended!

Small personal yoga studio with a very pleasant atmosphere. A little tea warms the soul and off we go. Personally, I like Raphaela's lessons best. She explains and also takes part herself. I always leave feeling satisfied and feeling good. Thanks for that.

I spontaneously signed up for a beginners course with Sandhi in April 2015. Until then, yoga was a foreign word to me and I had no experience with it. I was thrilled after the first hour, Julia and Ben created a special space in Niendorf and to this day I am in the studio at least once a week. Yoga has become an important part of me. I look forward to every lesson and can only recommend Sandhi, whether open lessons or workshops.

I've been with sandhi yoga since October 2016 and I look forward to every class I can attend. All the teachers are super welcoming and have a lot of experience in yoga and teaching. In addition, they are happy to help you with any necessary assistance. I really like the studio because there are a few classes for everyone (yoga for seniors, yoga for pregnant women, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, etc.) In addition, workshops are held regularly, which give good insights into special topics. Through Sandhi, yoga is an integral part of my everyday life and I am very grateful for that. You can tell that the studio is an affair of the heart for Julia and Ben. I can only recommend anyone who has been doing yoga for a long time or has just started yoga to visit this beautiful studio.

I (39 and father of a family) started yoga last year to get in shape again and to find a balance to the sluggish family life. As a beginner I was skeptical at first, but I am now a convinced yogi. In addition to Sandhi, I have also visited other studios in Hamburg and I have to say that Sandhi Yoga is by far the best studio in Hamburg in terms of the competence of the teachers, the atmosphere and the thorough preparation of the courses. I think it's particularly great that you really get the feeling of being part of a really warm community here.

A great studio with a family atmosphere, excellently trained teachers - and lots of appointments both during the week and on weekends. The team around Julia and Ben made it as easy as possible for me to get back into yoga after a 5-year break from yoga. Highly Recommended!

Anyone who has set foot over the threshold of Sandhi Yoga will immediately feel how much passion and sweat goes into it! - this studio is operated. Sandhi is my oasis. Julia and Ben have created a beautiful space to recharge your batteries, find yourself and practice yoga. You are always welcomed with an open heart and supported individually in your own practice. The changing workshops are particularly great. Sandhi is an enrichment for Niendorf and the yoga world! 🙏🏼💞

Great Studio! There are many courses, there is a suitable one for every need. Membership is very flexible: you can leave if you have time. This also gives the excuse - but today I can't - not! You can also pay just as flexibly: 10-piece tickets, monthly memberships, all you can yoga... Super!!!

I have been attending a Silveryoga course for a number of years, which has now become an integral part of my weekly planning. Since then I have felt clearer, straighter and more flexible.
