Great yoga-studio and training in Hamburg

I can only advise against buying the summer flat rate, which is valid from today. It means that all classes can be used online/offline, I can only book one class for Poppenbüttel, all others cannot be used with the flat rate. The information published here is incorrect.

The SatyaLoka has two super nice yoga rooms in Ahrensburg and Hamburg, which you should definitely visit. The teachers and the students are very welcoming and I felt in good hands from the very first moment! A great place to get to know the world of yoga or to deepen your knowledge.

Most of the time I attend the courses in the studio in Poppenbüttel, occasionally a workshop in Ahrensburg. I can heartily recommend the studio, the teachers I have met so far are all great. The building doesn't present a promising sight above a car dealership, but the lovely first floor studio is really inviting. Usually the courses are not too crowded and because you don't have to register, it's nice to know that there's always a place for my mat.

At SatyaLoka everyone is warmly welcomed and accompanied by highly competent and sensitive teachers. If you want to learn more about yoga, you are in good hands at SatyaLoka.

Beautiful studio where you can practice yoga in a completely relaxed atmosphere. Regardless of whether you are a beginner, a returner or a “professional” - everyone is welcome!

Great yoga studio in the middle of the beautiful Alster Valley. Beautiful, large yoga room, very good equipment, everything super clean, great yoga teachers, just a place to feel good.
