I started doing yoga online with Britta during the first lockdown. Over time, I also took advantage of various meditation and mindfulness offerings from her. Most recently the 8-week MBSR course. Through the course I have become much more relaxed and treat myself more lovingly.
Britta is a wonderful yoga teacher, full of warmth. It responds very flexibly to the current situation and, depending on the situation, enables its participants to practice online, hybrid or on site in their rooms in St.Georg. Whether online or in person, she always manages to initiate a valuable and appreciative exchange.
