Clear thoughtful yoga classes with lots of heart. You can tell in Steff’s hours that you really know what you’re doing! More success in the future!!

I've been looking for yoga classes that I really like for a longer time. And they found it here: Steff is awesome - just like (really! ) all other teachers and women in the Yoga Connection. Before every hour I rejoice and after that I am always touched, excited and completely alive. I always get new "ideas" and I'm always completely new and very present on the mat (otherwise not my greatest strength 😉 ) On the one hand, I think: nice, these small groups. And at the same time: "everyone" should be here - great enjoyment 🙂

Yoga-Connection, this is for me an indescribable place of love and positive consciousness, expert competence and wonderful joint asana--practice in respectful shared mindfulness with wonderful individual teachers and fellow students ❤ I am full of gratitude towards you my dears ❤

At just yoga, in addition to iyengar-near asana lessons, there are also letter games and word romance, which gives the lessons with steff a certain 'literary something'. unique!

For us the very best of the best places for yoga in Hamburg. Steff and her colleagues are highly trained, friendly and uncomplicated, the room is comfortable and the atmosphere in the courses is great. Even or especially if you have little or no experience with yoga, and no matter how old or young, you've come to the right place. We always leave the Yoga Connection relaxed and stretched from head to toe and always look forward to the next time!

In the many years that I have been practicing yoga, I have already got to know many studios and teachers in Germany (before I found Steff) and England and can only say that the Yoga Connection is absolutely unique. I have never found the mixture of lightness, humor, depth, authenticity and - thanks to Steff's great gift for languages ​​- very pictorial, clear and precise (and often very funny) instructions for the positions anywhere else. The studio is also beautiful, well equipped and well located, plus there are always changing (and affordable) workshop offers on the weekends. Highly professional with a lot of heart and wit, absolutely recommendable. For me there is no other studio anymore :)

When I stumbled into this studio by chance a few years ago, I was immediately drawn to yoga! The positive comments speak for themselves. In order not to repeat all the advantages of this studio again, just the most important thing: Steff is authentic, funny AND great at instructing, nowhere else have I learned so much! I will miss the Yoga Connection in Freiburg sorely

I had a Yin Yoga class here that was so well guided that I was able to take my practice to a whole new level - I can still feel the positive after-effects on my body now, three weeks later. Highly recommended and also very nice atmosphere.

I've already tried out a few yoga schools and teachers - Stef is the best - and the others who work with her there come right after! With Stef I learned how, with minimal adjustments to my posture, I can immediately switch off my occasional nasty back pain and, for the most part, prevent it from occurring in the first place. It's always a beautiful mix of challenge (both in terms of strength, stretching and correct alignment) and relaxation. And all of this is conveyed with humor, knowledge of anatomical details and a pinch of yoga philosophy, without any esoteric elements. Whenever I have to leave the city for a while for work or to travel, it's what I miss the most.
