I can only give one star because it went like this. Last year I bought my first bowl from Irina. I felt very well advised and was very happy with my first bowl. She gave me many happy hours.
Then I wanted more and turned to her for two more bowls. I then bought these two. But when they were with me, I felt that they didn't feel so harmonious. But I couldn't really describe my feeling without a musical background and I couldn't find out why it was like that. I thought I needed a little more time to get used to it... I gave myself and the bowls enough of that. But it didn't help. I then contacted two other saleswomen and told them my feelings and the grades of the two bowls. They both said unanimously and independently that the two bowls don't match the first bowl musically. That shocked me, but also confirmed my feeling that something wasn't right. I approached Irina with this information. She then blocked me on all channels and, when I asked further questions, replied to my email that she was sorry that I 'didn't like' my bowls anymore... and she couldn't do anything for me.
It's a shame, I feel left alone, trusted and spent a lot of money. Now my joy about such expensive, great bowls, which each one is in itself, is really clouded. I am very disappointed. And now I'm left with bowls that don't go together...
