I was fortunate enough to attend a really wonderful Yin Anatomy teacher training in Amiena's workshop. Nicole Haubenthaler, Richard Söldner and Dieter Winter have passed on their comprehensive knowledge to us competently and with a lot of heart and humor! This training covered much more than just the theory of yinyoga. A huge praise and thank you to all three teachers for preparing the modules! A great recommendation: fascia yoga! got me wanting to bring more movement into my life again. And Amiena does it so great that I always look forward to the yoga evening in the meantime. The new studio has turned out so beautiful, and now there’s so much space that makes me want more yoga classes. 🙂
