I started practicing Bikran hot yoga in September 2022 in this studio recommended to me by a work colleague, and although the first day was suffocating that same night when I went to bed I discovered the incredible effects of these asanas combined with sweating. With practice my muscular tensions and often back pains disappeared. The atmosphere is familiar and I immediately felt welcomed and integrated by Özcan and his team. I am fascinated by their profesionality, discipline and motivational power. The studio has a beautiful terrace and the atmosphere is very familiar. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take care of their body but also to reduce stress among other benefits that I am still discovering.

Had the worst experience there. The lady at the reception was incredibly rude and imagine how miserable I was when I realised she is also the Yoga teacher. Paid 25 Euros for 10 days but will not be able to use it because Katrin teaches all the upcoming days. If you want to get yelled at, really stressed out - go to Katrins classes. What she teaches has nothing to do with yoga and can be rather harmful because of the fact that she forces everyone to do the same without taking personal health situation into consideration.

Customer oriented. Variety of courses give it an inter flavor which is even better for one’s health. Offers 60 minute course which make sense if you practice several times per week. Worth trying it.

Ozkan, his studio & strategy is amazing. - 1 star for now Katrin is just not a good teacher - I went to her class 4-5 times (since it’s at a convenient time on Sunday). Her negative aura is just not for me. Her highlight last time was a major unfriendliness on me and other and forcing me to turn around into sawasana although I was feeling pain. What happened to taking a break from a routine and listening to one’s body? This was a no go! I won’t be going to her classes anymore.

Ozkans studio is one of the nicest studios in Munich. I had an opportunity to teach Bikram yoga at his studio last year when he opened the studio. Ozkan is very knowledgeable about yoga and anatomy of the body. You will receive his full attention and you will have a beautiful experience in his class. His classes are full of energy and lots of fun. I highly recommend his studio.

I arrived 5 minutes late and was left stranded in front of locked doors, no one reacted after ringing the doorbell & knocking repeatedly. Of course being on time is important, but not even being able to go in to reception to clarify if I could still join the class appeared highly unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I did Bikram Yoga here for the first time and the studio is really fantastic. I've been back every week since then. You definitely need a stable circulation and a good basic condition, but then it is super effective and I felt much more relaxed for several days afterwards. The premises are very nice and super clean. There is a roof terrace and after yoga tea. There is a very nice and relaxed atmosphere and Özkan guides you through the exercises in a very pleasant and motivating way.

I practiced Bikram Yoga for the first time in this studio and was totally amazed. Özkan and his team are super nice and totally motivated. It's all very familiar. The studio is just great, very bright and with a fantastic roof terrace. I love coming here.

The studio is one of my favorite places of power. Everything that doesn't belong in my system on a mental and physical level is sweated out and compressed through practice. Afterwards, the freshly cleaned body can recharge its batteries on the wonderful roof terrace. Thank you for everything that you have allowed me to resolve over the past several years!

I love this studio!!!♥️♥️ Best yoga studio in all of Munich!!! Bikram Hot Yoga im Tal is a wonderful studio with great people and great energy. Great atmosphere the teachers are very nice, competent and motivated. The atmosphere is familiar, you immediately feel comfortable and accepted. The studio is really cozy and very clean. After the class I feel fresher and more balanced. For me the ideal place to escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries for 60-90 minutes. Thank you for existing 💕

The studio is very clean and spacious with a terrace. But I found the course much too crowded and the participants sometimes extremely neglected. The smell in the course room (which comes from the participants) was almost unbearable. Some loveless instructions but within the framework.

The team is just great! Each teacher makes the lesson a highlight in their own individual way, whether it's Bikram Yoga or Pilates. The organization around the hourly booking is also great. The team works well and each student is treated individually. My absolute favorite yoga studio in Munich!

Interesting tone when checking in, not really friendly. But I find the mass processing worse, I don't particularly appreciate the fact that the room is so full that you have a maximum distance of 5 cm to the neighbors. Significantly inhibits practice.

Could probably also be a 5 star rating, but unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars because of the very unfriendly teacher (Kathrin). From the greeting to the end, she seemed annoyed and not really yoga-like. I was in class with a friend and the teacher put her in the back row even though she knew we were going to be together. The instruction of the hour was also very loveless and in an unpleasant tone of command. However, I found the studio itself very nice and I hope to have better experiences with other teachers.

This yoga studio is an absolute godsend!! Great and pleasant family atmosphere. Özkan and his team are great and authentic yoga teachers with a lot of heart and mind. It may be that it seems very strict to some at first glance, but at second glance you can see the uncompromising love and dedication of the teacher. My very special highlight of the week was the Friday lesson with Katrin 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am grateful to you for all the experiences and wish everyone happiness and contentment. Namaste🙏🏻

The effect of Bikram Yoga is incredible anyway. But the studio of Özkan and his team is really extraordinarily beautiful! Very nice atmosphere, nice roof terrace, familiar, everyone nice. simply the highlight of every week.

A wonderful studio with wonderful teachers. Özkan and his team create an absolute feel-good atmosphere. Can't understand the negative comments. Each teacher brings their own style and I feel in good hands with everyone. And that for over 2 years! Keep it up 👍🏼
