After a few individual hours of EMS in the studio, I am very satisfied with the training and the results so far :) Even if it is really quite exhausting and Tanja likes to demand more. It's motivating, but after 20 minutes you're done ;)
The exercises are in their own room, so you aren't stared at from outside like in some other places. So far, completely different exercises have always been involved in EMS. Exercises while standing/squatting, lying down, with rubber "ropes" to hang in, ball to throw, etc. You can also have a good chat with Tanja as long as you still have breath :D
But despite the drive, she takes care of you. If something is uncomfortable, she changes the current or does another exercise, I've heard much worse from other studios ("That must hurt" - haha!). However, if you expect training without any work at all, you are also wrong with EMS, it is only possible to exhaust yourself completely in a shorter time.
What is also interesting about this studio is the possibility of combining the whole thing with a massage afterwards, I haven't got around to that yet.
