Catherine works wonders. There are probably hundreds of good trainers out there, but fitness with Katrin is a world unto itself. Not only does she have great expertise, but she also has a rare sensitivity to the delicate balance between each part of the body and between each of these parts and general well-being, and she understands the needs of every human being in detail. I trained online with Katrin for the first time and I am thrilled. Even as a beginner...if the exercise is too demanding, there is usually an alternative that you can do. Lessons are fun and the trainer provides one or two explanations along the way. I like it! Then until the next hour.

I attend the group courses on Pilates (rarely yoga), now online. The courses are varied, but have enough recognition value so that I can easily find my way around. I'm certainly not a professional, but I'm keeping up reasonably, having fun and (which is important for me) the feeling that it's good for me. In short: It's fun and helps, what more could you want... Clear recommendation!
