Great small studio with a great teacher. I felt very comfortable with the studio atmosphere and the teaching style of Roberta Fernandes. Roberta worked as a professional dancer before and really knows how to use Pilates to shape your body and give you strength. I understood now that Pilates is a method that gives you awareness of your body and with few repetitions of many different exercices on a regular basis you can see progress. If you want to learn the original Pilates method and have a strong workout this is the right choice.
