Really beautiful yoga studio. Lots of different rooms which are well-lit, colorful, and well-stocked with mats and cushions. Large shower. Staff has always been friendly. I used to attend the AUM Meditation here.

World class. Amazing classes by really well-trained instructors. Lovely facilities. I travel the world and do a lot of yoga and this is one of my favourite places to visit when I’m in Munich.

Excellent high quality teacher who are very helpful and enthusiastic. They each have their won style inside the Jivamukti tradition but they are very focused on alignment (and hands on which I appreciate). The studio offers a lot of class in English. (handy for non German speakers). Will keep it as my studio.
The studio itself is cozy, with a large bed/couch that allows to look at the yoga books while waiting for the next. They offer hot infusion for free. There are a few other lovely touch I enjoy such as the smell of their ethical handwash. And in case you are like me always on the rush and quite forgetful, they sell relatively cheap leggings available (24.90euros okay more than in HM but way less than lulemon).

Horrible. I’ve been doing yoga for some years now and I felt that place is just about being commercial. It just doesn’t feel like yoga. Classes are overcrowded. Teachers think their way is the only one. Not coming back.

I have already attended many yoga classes in this beautiful place. The experience with the different teachers is changing, but after a few hours you find out who teaches in a contemporary and (more) inclusive way. Unsolicited massages or rough adjusts are not really my thing...
It is also changeable with the new faces in the team.
On my last visit to a lunch class, I would have been happy if the latecomers hadn't been allowed to join the lesson. Especially when the yoga style requires many tools, coming in and building up during the "arrival" in the class is very annoying.
The "Mobile Phone Prohibited" sign can also be posted more visibly - and it should actually be a matter of course not to take a cell phone into the shala...
During that hour, one participant took several photos of another guest. Another cell phone rang (vibrated).
This constructively meant feedback leads to three stars. Nevertheless, I would like to say that I appreciate the studio with its courtyard and the various amenities (e.g. the shower!) and would love to come back.
